"I started The Decision Point thinking I had a pretty good idea of what was keeping me stuck. I had thought about the decision a lot and felt like I understood what was going on, but I was still going around in circles with it.
Working through the workbook helped me slow everything down and look at it differently.

The Fact / Fear / Old Story exercise was probably the biggest one for me. It helped me separate what was actually true from what I was worried might happen, and recognise some of the thinking I had been carrying with me without really questioning it.
What I really liked was that Zaidee doesn't tell you what the answer is or push you towards making a decision.

 

The questions help you get underneath all the noise and work out what's actually going on for you.

There were things I saw through doing the workbook that I genuinely don't think I would have got to by sitting there and thinking about it for another week, or month. Sometimes you're just too close to something to see it clearly on your own.
By the end, I didn't feel like I'd been given an answer. I felt like I'd found my own, and I think that's what makes this such a valuable resource.
If you're stuck on a decision and keep finding yourself going around in circles with it, I'd absolutely recommend working through The Decision Point."
